Employee relations issues span a broad range of concerns, including performance issues, wage and salary concerns, work hours, paid time off, and conflict resolution. We assist clients in determining the issues and the options to resolve them. 

DISCIPLINE & DISCHARGE
We can help you determine the performance issue and appropriate disciplinary action. This may be a progressive counseling process or a performance improvement plan. We will work with you to make it clear to the employee what the issue is and what is needed to be successful. If an employee is not able to meet the requirements of the job, we will work with you to discharge the employee in a legally complaint way.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT INVESTIGATIONS
The New York State sexual harassment prevention policy requires a timely and confidential investigation of complaints that ensures due process for all parties. We can work with you to complete an unbiased investigation and address any issues that emerge.
