Teri founded Highroad HR Consulting LLC in 2019. With the increasing complexity of Human Resources, Teri enjoys partnering with leaders to provide HR expertise and solutions tailored to their business needs. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients by providing transparency and integrity in all she does.

Teri has an extensive background in Human Resources at both large and small companies, including: Kodak, Wegmans, Reflexite, ORAFOL, St. John Fisher University, and Rochester Institute of Technology. She has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles including: HR Director, Staffing Manager, Benefits Manager, and Compensation Analyst.

Since forming Highroad HR Consulting LLC, Teri has worked with various clients in a variety of industries which include: manufacturing, business services and education.

Teri’s comprehensive background in Human Resources enables her to quickly work with clients to assess their issues and recommend solutions tailored to their needs and their business.

In my spare time
I have been married to Gary Edom for over 30 years. He is a partner at Flaherty Salmin CPA’s. It is very handy to have a husband that is a CPA when you have accounting questions. Our two boys, Jake and Nate, are now grown and out of the house. Jake is a software engineer and Nate is a transformational financial consultant. Gary and I have two labradoodles, Rickie and Millie. Rickie is a trained therapy dog. She is a sweet little cupcake. Millie, short for Mildred, is not quite ready to be a therapy dog yet, but we are working on it.

I enjoy working out and love the Pittsford YMCA. Working out keeps me calm and through the YMCA I have met many wonderful people. It is a great community.

I am also a lifelong Bills fan. I have lived through the four falls of Buffalo, Fitzmagic, and many losses at the hands of Tom Brady. At long last, we now have Josh Allen! Like all Bills fans… I just want a Super Bowl. Go Bills!
